The house is well placed for access to Dundee, Perth and Scotlands major cities of Edinburgh and Aberdeen with the nearby A90 linking to the motorway network. This area of Scotland provides a wealth of recreational activities. For the golfer there are a number of courses within a convenient distance including Piperdam, Rosemount in Blairgowrie, two courses in Alyth and numerous championship courses at St Andrews.
