Gardens & Grounds
Fernbank House is bound by expansive garden grounds which create a feeling of privacy despite Fernbanks town centre location. To the front are herbaceous borders and a former chicken run. A path to the west leads to a colourful lavender garden and to the north is a substantial lawned area which may suit future development in order to create an additional property or annex. The garden grounds to the east host a timber built summerhouse which benefits from double glazing and electricity. There are numerous garden stores as well as a garage and greenhouse within the grounds as well as ample parking.
At present our clients are in the process of applying for outline planning permission in the garden grounds to the north.
Entering Alyth from the A926, continue north on Airlie Street (B952) passing the market square onto Bamff Road, the road bears left with the church directly in front of you, turn right onto Kirk Brae, adjacent to the entrance to the church is a stone gateway leading to Fernbank.
