There is a good network of paths and tracks ideal for exploring on foot or horse back.
A fishing syndicate, believed to be one of the oldest in Scotland, has an annual lease of the Long Loch which includes the use of one of the two timber boat houses.

DIRECTIONS
From Dundee, take the A923 road to Coupar Angus and on entering Muirhead turn right onto the B954 road signposted for Alyth. After approximately 3 miles turn left onto the minor road opposite the small bus shelter and the entrance to Sunnyhall lies immediately after the round loch on the right-hand side. After turning onto the track, take the first track to the right-hand side and continue on passing Sunnyhall Farmhouse. Continue on the track and you will reach Long Loch.
