The Long Loch is a stunning fishing pond nestled in a tranquil location to the north of Dundee. It extends to about 155.63 acres and is a haven for water birds and a variety of other wildlife. Along the southern shores of the Loch are approximately 70 acres of attractive woodlands and about 10 acres of pasture. There is a good network of paths and tracks ideal for exploring on foot or horse back.
A fishing syndicate, believed to be one of the oldest in Scotland, has an annual lease of the Long Loch which includes the use of one of the two timber boat houses.
The land around the Long Loch may offer the potential opportunity for a site for a single dwelling house. This would be subject to obtaining the necessary consents from the local council.
Viewings are strictly by appointment and only through the selling agent CKD Galbraith and Savills.
