The site at Wester Killichonan sits on the northern banks of Loch Rannoch some 8 miles to the west of Kinloch Rannoch and 3 miles east of Bridge of Gaur. The site enjoys a delightful south facing aspect and extends to approximately 0.84 acres.
Loch Rannoch is situated within a particularly scenic part of Highland Perthshire with views to the east towards Schiehallion, one of Perthshire’s most iconic Munroes.
The area offers a wealth of opportunities for outdoor pursuit enthusiasts with a range of walks and mountain bike trails. There are opportunities for boating, canoeing and fishing on the loch, with shooting and stalking locally and a diverse range of wildlife including deer, red squirrels and a variety of birds of prey including golden eagles, sparrow hawks and hen harriers. Kinloch Rannoch is situated at the eastern end of Loch Rannoch. The village offers a country store with post office.
There is also a doctor’s surgery and primary school; secondary schooling is available at Breadalbane Academy in Aberfeldy.
Pitlochry is situated 23.6 miles to the east and hosts a range of services including restaurants, individual shops, medical, optical and veterinary practices.

car and offers a good range of local and national retailers as well as leisure facilities, an art gallery, cinema, theatre, bus station and main line railway station.
