Dauna Lodge sits to the south east of the town of Alyth within the county of Perthshire. Perthshire is renowned for its picturesque countryside and has a lot to offer, for golfers there are two 18-hole golf courses within walking distance with a further two courses, including the Championship course at Rosemount which are accessible in under 10 minutes by car. For outdoor enthusiasts there are a number of opportunities for climbing, mountain biking and walking, with the renowned Cateran Trail within 2 miles of Alyth. Fishing, shooting and stalking can all be taken locally and the ski slopes of Glenshee are only 25 miles away. Alyth itself offers a good range of day to day amenities with a number of independent retailers, doctors surgery and primary school. Blairgowrie to the west offers further facilities including supermarkets, leisure centre and secondary schooling. The city of Dundee can be accessed in approximately 25 minutes by car and offers a huge range of city amenities, including two universities, cinemas, supermarkets, train station, bus station and airport with regular flights to London.

Dauna Lodge is a traditional stone built detached house on the southern fringes of Alyth and has a lot to offer. It has been carefully restored to a high standard by the current owners and at present is operated as a highly successful holiday let. The property is fully double glazed and there is a Sonos sound system throughout. Entering the property through the front door there is an entrance porch leading to the hallway with a feature staircase.
