Craigton Farm lies immediately to the north-west of the village of Powmill and approximately 2 miles to the south-west of Crook of Devon in the county of Kinross-shire. Kinross lies approximately 6 miles to the east and provides an excellent range of day-to-day services including supermarket, independent retailers, secondary school, doctors surgery and Post Office whilst the village of Crook of Devon provides a village shop and a primary school.
