DESCRIPTION
Sunnyhall Mill is a traditional stone built former mill lying under a slated roof. It lies in an elevated position to the northern edge of the subjects and once converted into a dwelling would allow attractive southerly views over its paddock and onto the countryside beyond.

Sunnyhall Mill benefits from planning permission for a 3 bedroomed dwelling. Planning permission was granted in June 2013 by Angus Council for the conversion of the outbuildings into a dwelling house. The reference number is 13/00585/FULL. Further details available from selling agent.

Sunnyhall Mill lies within approximately 12.32 acres (4.98 ha) with a woodland lying to the east of the Mill and a further woodland area to the south-east of the paddock. A courtyard area lies to the west together with a small outbuilding.
