The Rob Roy Way passes right by the property. For golfers the property is particularly well placed, being at the heart of Strathtay Golf Course and a short drive from other nearby courses, including Pitlochry, Aberfeldy and Kenmore. Shooting, fishing and stalking can all be taken locally, with the nearby River Tay hosting some of the finest salmon fishing in Scotland.
