They are enclosed on three sides by stock proof fencing and bounded to the south by the River Isla. They are both currently let under a grazing licence due to end in October 2015. The field to the east extends to about 5.24 acres (2.12 ha) and the field to the west extends to about 10.36 acres (4.19 ha).
