Comrie is a conservation village with a vibrant and friendly community with excellent local ammenities including a primary school, doctor's surgery, dental surgery, bank, butcher, post office, churches, hotel, retaurant and coffee shops. Regular events included Comrie's famous Hogmany Fleambeux Procession, Comrie fortnight in the summerand participation in the Britain in Bloom awards.
