Field Near Craigsford

The field lies about half a mile south of Earlston, between the A68 and Leader Water. Earlston is a popular small Borders town with a good range of amenities. The countryside around the town is noted for its diverse and scenic landscapes. The well drained field is predominantly east facing and slopes down towards the Leader Water. The field has previously been used as grazing for horses and the remnants of the wire fence is still in place. Natural shelter and shade is provided from mature woodland (outwith the field) to the south. Included with the field is a length of river bank with riparian fishing rights. There is no power or water supply to the land.
