46 Inch Road has a good residential location opposite Kelso’s swimming pool and within comfortable, fairly level walking distance of the town centre.
Considered by many to be the most attractive of the Borders towns Kelso is noted for its fine market square and for the remains of one of the great Border Abbeys. The town provides a good shopping centre together with an excellent range of social, sporting and recreational facilities including golf, bowls, tennis, swimming, curling, fishing and National Hunt racing. An impressive new high school has recently been built on the northern edge of the town.
Kelso sits at the confluence of the River Tweed and the River Teviot and the surrounding countryside is noted for its scenic beauty. The town has good road links with the other principal towns in the Scottish Borders and there are railway stations at both Tweedbank and Berwick upon Tweed.
46 Inch Road is a nicely proportioned and well appointed end-terrace house which has been extended since construction and provides good, family sized accommodation.
The house benefits from gas fired central heating, a gas stove in the sitting room and double glazing. Kitchen and sanitary fittings are modern.

Landing, main bedroom with en suite shower room (with shower, basin and WC) and 2 further double bedrooms.
