Arguably the most attractive of the Borders towns, Kelso is set in an area of great scenic beauty and is noted particularly for its fine Market Square and for the remains of one of the great Border Abbeys. The town sits at the confluence of the River Tweed and the River Teviot. Kelso provides a good shopping centre together with an excellent range of social and sporting facilities including golf, bowls, tennis, swimming, curling, National Hunt racing and fishing. A new high school is currently under construction on the edge of the town. Kelso has good road links with the other principal towns in the Borders and there are railway stations at both Tweedbank and Berwick upon Tweed.

Craimar is an attractive detached bungalow in a peaceful location set back from Main Street.

The versatile accommodation benefits from gas fired central heating. Windows are part double glazed and part secondary glazed.

The attractive front garden includes lawn, gravel, borders, fountain and patio. Attractive water feature and useful garden shed (with electricity). In addition there is a spacious single car garage/workshop (with electricity and water) and good off road parking for at least two cars. Timber garden shed (with electricity).

There is a small area of ground to the rear of the bungalow which provides a courtyard and single car parking space.
