DIRECTIONS
Travelling west out of Greenlaw on the A697 continue towards Lauder for approximately 3 miles before turning right up a minor road signed “Harelaw”. Pinewood House sits at the top of this road where it veers right.

Pinewood House is an attractive detached family home which dates from 1982 and was designed by the well known Borders Architect Ian Scott-Watson.

The house benefits from a good use of polished natural wood and has a solid fuel stove in the living room/dining room/kitchen which provides partial solid fuel central heating. There is an open fire in the sitting room. Windows are double glazed.

The spacious garden is largely laid out in lawn, gravel and borders and the gravelled driveway leads to a large gravelled car parking/turning area on the north side of the house. There is a hidden rear garden which contains two greenhouses, a garden shed, a log store and a chicken run.
