Pinnaclehill Park is a popular, quiet residential development on the south east side of Kelso—one of the most sought after towns in the Scottish Borders.
Considered by many to be the most attractive of the Borders towns Kelso is noted for its fine Market Square and for the remains of one of the great Border Abbeys. The town provides a good shopping centre together with an excellent range of social and sporting facilities including golf, bowls, tennis, swimming, curling, national hunt racing and fishing. The towns Sainsbury's supermarket is within easy reach of Pinnaclehill Park and an impressive new High School has just been built in Kelso.
Kelso sits at the confluence of the River Tweed and the River Teviot and the surrounding countryside is noted for its scenic beauty. Kelso has good road links with the other principal towns in the Scottish Borders and there are railway stations at both Tweedbank (16 miles) and Berwick upon Tweed (25 miles).
8 Pinnaclehill Park is an impressive detached bungalow which provides versatile and well appointed family sized accommodation having been improved and extended since construction. Attractive features of the property include the gas fired central heating, double glazed doors and windows, Italian marble fireplace, potential “granny annex”, good quality bathrooms (including a Jacuzzi bath in the en suite bathroom), sauna and part floored attic.
The bungalow sits within neatly landscaped garden grounds which include lawns, borders, patio and decking. The back garden enjoys a good degree of privacy.
Outbuildings include a good deep single car garage, two timber garden sheds and an aluminium framed greenhouse. The driveway leading to the garage has space for two cars in tandem.
