HISTORIC NOTE
Rumbletonlaw was a large enough estate village for a school to be recorded there as early as 1622. It also once had a circular tapering wind mill, probably dating from the 18th century or earlier which could have been used for grinding corn. This suggests that Rumbletonlaw was an estate run along forward looking agricultural improvement lines.

PLANNING
The site had planning permission for 3 terraced houses in the past (Ref: 90/00724/FUL) which has now lapsed.

SERVICES
Mains electricity and water are available at Rumbletonlaw. Private drainage will be required.
