15 Kingscroft is a short cul-de-sac in a popular
residential area towards the northern edge of
Kelso. Both Kelso's current High School and its
proposed new High School are within easy reach
and the town's two primary schools are also
fairly nearby.

Arguably the most attractive of the Borders
towns, Kelso is set in an area of great scenic
beauty and is noted particularly for its fine
Market Square and for the remains of one of
the great Border Abbeys. The town sits at the
confluence of the River Tweed and the River
Teviot. Kelso provides a good shopping centre
together with an excellent range of social and
sporting facilities including golf, bowls, tennis,
swimming, curling, National Hunt racing and
fishing. There are plans to build a new high
school in the town. Kelso has good road links
with the other principal towns in the Borders
and there is a main line railway station at
Berwick upon Tweed. The Waverley Rail Link
between Galashiels and Edinburgh is to re-open
in September 2015 with the terminal being at
Tweedbank which is approximately 16 miles from
Kelso.

15 Kingscroft is a tremendous detached
bungalow providing versatile, spacious and well
presented family sized accommodation . The
bungalow has an elevated south westerly
aspect to the front, which affords a high level
of privacy and excellent views towards the
Cheviots.

The property benefits from gas fired central
heating, the combination boiler having recently
been replaced, and windows are part double
glazed. Kitchen and bathroom fittings are
modern and there is good built in storage space.

The bungalow sits within attractive garden
grounds which include lawns, borders, shrubs
and a patio. The back garden enjoys a good
degree of privacy in the summer and is an
excellent child/dog safe area.

The attached double garage has a useful
garden store at its rear and the driveway
leading to the garage has space for 4 cars.
