The Aultbea Woodlands are located to the south of the village of Aultbea in Wester
Ross, lying in and around the A832 public road.
The woodlands are divided into three separate lots as shown on the site plan. The
northern and south western lots can be accessed directly from the public road. The
south eastern lot lies by Loch a’Bhaid-luachraich, and benefits from a right of access
along the private track leading from the public road, shown coloured blue on the site
plan.
Please note that there are no rights of access over the MOD land to the north of Lot
1, and viewers must not use the access road to the Oil Depot to access this area. All
access to the northern lots should be taken from the public road.
Forestry
The forestry is divided into three separate lots as follows:
Lot 1 - 13.14 Ha (32.46 acres)
Lot 2 - 11.7 Ha (28.91 acres)
Lot 3 - 27.78 Ha (68.64 acres)
