Pebble Coast Cottage is set in a remote location in the scattered crofting township of North Erradale, close to Gairloch on the west coast of Scotland. Gairloch is made up of all the settlements around Loch Gair, from Red Point in the southwest with its beautiful sandy beach, to Rua Reidh Lighthouse in the north. The village itself has a good range of amenities including two small supermarkets, butcher/greengrocer, a bank, post office, golf course, restaurants, leisure centre and schooling up to secondary level. Inverness is just over an hour’s drive away and has all the facilities of a modern city including its airport with regular flights to the south and Europe.

The west coast of Scotland is famous for its mild climate and stunning coastline with sheltered sandy beaches and island views. DESCRIPTION
The current owners purchased Pebble Coast Cottage in 2014 and have upgraded the property to a high standard where energy efficient features combine with the carefully planned interior to create a stunning coastal home. The house is heated through an air-source heat pump and a heat recovery and ventilation system which is complimented by the wood burning stove, while the light and airy design takes advantage of the solar gain through efficient glazing and maximises the spectacular views. The solar panels provide electricity and are income generating through the Feed-in Tariff system.
