The Building Plot at Manse Park is a delightful site lying close to the Sutherland village of Rosehall. Just beyond the woodland lies the confluence of the famous salmon rivers, the Oykel and the Cassley, where these rivers flow into the Kyle of Sutherland.

The land at Manse Park is well drained and level and there is the option to acquire a further 2.05 hectares of ground, thus adding to the amenity of the site.
Access to the site will be taken from the public road. Drainage will be by a private soakaway system and water and electricity connections lie close to the site.
