Balblair Point crosses a burn and follows a line of mature trees beyond which lies this secluded
site, its elevated grounds sloping gently down to the banks of the estuary.

Planning in Principle was first granted in December 2012. On receipt of an acceptable offer and in discussion with the prospective purchaser, a new application will be submitted. As a precedent has already been set, no problems are envisaged in securing the new consent. Further information on this is available from the selling agents. The planning was granted for one house and associated outbuildings and offered the opportunity to create a bespoke home in a unique and spectacular waterfront setting.

The land that surrounds Balblair Point is well drained and level and there is the option to acquire a further two acres of ground.
