BASIC PAYMENT AND STEWARDSHIP
1. The land [shaded blue] on the plan is subject to a Countryside Stewardship (Mid-Tier) Scheme running until 31 December 2022. The purchaser will be obliged to abide by the prescriptions of the Scheme from completion to 31 December 2022. The scheme will then be transferred by the outgoing tenant to the purchaser.
