Blanagowan is a delightful cottage situated in a stunning rural setting near Craigellachie. Located at the heart of Speyside, The cottage sits in an elevated position and enjoys wonderful southerly views over Glen Fiddich and Dufftown. The cottage is constructed of rendered block under a pitched tile roof and provides spacious and flexible accommodation over a single storey. The front door opens into a spacious dining area, to the left is a generously sized and bright sitting room which also benefits from a gas fire. At the opposite end of the dining area is a door to the kitchen which has a good range of wall and floor units, an integrated electric oven and hob and space for white goods. There is an opening to a vestibule with storage cupboards and a door to the driveway.. Also off the dining area is a hallway which gives access to two bedrooms, the master is particularly generous in size, has large built in wardrobes and an en suite shower room. A further shower room completes the accommodation. All of the rooms are well proportioned and there are a number of built in cupboards providing useful storage space. Large windows ensure the cottage is flooded with natural light and the sitting room, dining area and kitchen all have wonderful, far reaching, southerly views over Glen Fiddich. The house benefits from double glazing, oil fired central heating and private water.

Outside, the house sits within a generous and well maintained garden which is primarily laid to lawn and interspersed with various mature trees. There is also a patio area to the front of the cottage. A gravelled driveway provides ample space for parking in addition to a block built garage. To the front of the cottage is a field which extends down a fairly steep bank to the road.
