The house is constructed of rendered block under a pitched slate roof and provides spacious and flexible accommodation over two storeys. The front door opens into a bright porch which leads to a spacious hallway. To the right is a door to a generously sized sitting room which, double aspect, is wonderfully light and also has a wood burning stove. On the opposite side of the hallway is a dining kitchen which has an excellent range of modern wall and floor units, an integrated electric oven and gas hob and space for white goods. Back in the hallway, access is also gained to a good sized bedroom, a shower room with modern fittings and a utility room. A further single bedroom/study and a family bathroom complete the first floor accommodation. Overall the house has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Large windows ensure it is flooded with natural light and a number of built in cupboards provide ample storage space throughout the house.
