DESCRIPTION
St. Drostans is a fine detached house located in a pleasant semi rural setting. Constructed of rendered block under a tile roof, the house provides spacious and well laid out accommodation over a single storey and is an ideal family home. A vestibule opens to a hallway and onto a stunning sitting room with large windows which flood the interior with natural light. Double doors open to the dining kitchen with a range of quality wall and floor units and various integrated appliances. This too is a wonderfully bright room with French doors out to the patio. Adjoining the kitchen is a useful utility room, with space for a washing machine and tumble dryer and a further door to the garden. Accessed from the hallway is a study/bedroom which also has sliding doors out to the garden. There are three good sized double bedrooms, all of which have built in double wardrobes whist the master bedroom has an en suite shower room. A family bathroom completes the accommodation.

Outside, the well maintained grounds extend to about three quarters of an acre and surround the house. Primarily laid to lawn, there is also a small wooded copse, fruit trees and a patio. In addition there is a useful garden shed, a greenhouse and a substantial log store. Parking for several vehicles is available on a gravelled drive to the front of the house.
