1 Denmuir Farm Cottage is an outstanding rural property situated at the foot of Norman’s Law, 6 miles to the north-west of Cupar. Local services and amenities are available in both Cupar and Newburgh which between them offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. In terms of city facilities there is easy access to Perth and Dundee whilst, a short drive to the east, the ancient and historic university town of St Andrews also offers an excellent selection of services and is a major tourist destination.

The centre of Edinburgh can be reached in just under an hour whilst Edinburgh’s busy International airport lies around fifty minutes to the south by road. There are mainline railway stations in Perth, Cupar, Leuchars, Ladybank and Markinch.

Continue for 1½ miles to Ayton Smiddy, turning right up the farm road opposite signposted Denmuir. Follow this road past the farm house to the cottages beyond and turn sharp right behind them. Continue on this road and the shared entrance is on the right hand side with 1 Denmuir Farm Cottage on the left side of the row of cottages.
