State schooling is available locally with private schooling provided at St Leonards in St Andrews, The High School of Dundee and several schools in and around Perth such as Kilgraston and Craigclowan. Cupar and Ladybank railway stations provide both commuter and mainline services to Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen and Perth/Inverness. Edinburgh airport is about a 45 minute drive to the south.

After less than 1 mile turn left for Grange of Lindores and follow this road into the village. Proceed straight through the village and continue on for approximately half a mile making for Golden Loch and the Berryhill development is straight ahead. From the south take the B369 from Auchtermuchty and make for Den of Lindores. Shortly before arriving at Den of Lindores turn right at the signs for Grange of Lindores and follow the directions as previously.
