Badenoch is situated in a prime position on Westfield Road close to the centre of Cupar, a thriving county market town which offers an excellent comprehensive range of local facilities and amenities. Badenoch is also very well placed for speedy access to the golfing mecca of St. Andrews (9 miles), the ancient and historic university town renowned worldwide as the “Home of Golf”. The thriving city of Dundee (14 miles), home to Scott’s RRS Discovery and the new V & A museum, provides a comprehensive offering of city shops, services and facilities with Perth 22 miles to the northwest and Edinburgh about an hour’s drive to the south.
