4 Pennyacre Nursery is an exceptional family house, very well placed for the commuter and standing in a delightfully private south-facing setting on the edge of the village of Springfield, a short distance to the south-west of the county market town of Cupar, which between them provide an excellent range of local shops, services and amenities together with primary and secondary schooling. St. Andrews, the ancient and historic university town renowned world wide as “The Home of Golf” is a twenty minute drive to the east with the full range of city amenities and facilities readily accessible in the resurgent Dundee, currently home to Scott’s RSS Discovery and soon to be the location for the new V & A museum. Perth is also within comfortable driving distance with Edinburgh less than one hour to the south.
