Haymount is situated on West Port close to the centre of Cupar, a thriving county market town which offers an excellent comprehensive range of local facilities and amenities, including a sports centre and swimming pool, all within walking distance. Haymount is also very well placed for speedy access to the ancient and historic university town and golfing mecca of St. Andrews (11 miles), renowned worldwide as the Home of Golf. Perth is 22 miles to the northwest and Edinburgh about an hour to the south.
