Blebo Stables enjoys a lovely private situation, in the beautiful parkland policies and countryside surrounding nearby Blebo House and is only 5 miles to the west of St Andrews, the historic and cosmopolitan university town recognised world wide as the Home of Golf. The area surrounding Blebo and nearby Belbo Craigs is considered to be one of the most sought-after hamlets in North East Fife and is well placed for access to both St Andrews and Cupar (5 miles), which also has an excellent range of shops and professional services as well as a railway station on the main east coast line with regular connections south to Edinburgh or north to Dundee/Aberdeen. The glorious countryside that surrounds Blebo Craigs is home to an array of wildlife and for the outdoor enthusiast, offers easy access to a wide range of recreational pursuits including walking, cycling, riding and golf with many highly regarded courses within easy reach including the Old Course at St. Andrews, regular hosts for the Open Championships.

Lot 1 Blebo Stables
Blebo Stables was originally the stables and coachouse for Blebo House and was converted by the current owner in the 1980s to create a comfortable family home in the former walled garden. The house is full of charm and character and many of the features of the original coachhouse and stables have been retained including the dining hall with wood panelled walls and double height pitched ceiling and the integral stables and workshop still retain the loose boxes and hay feeders.
The ground floor comprises an impressive dining hall with doors off to the family kitchen and magnificent drawing room which has a stove and full length windows looking out over the private walled garden as well as a glazed door leading into the conservatory. The family kitchen has a newly installed “Everhot” electric range and a door leads off to a rear hall/utility room with WC off. From Cupar take the B940 to Pitscottie. At Pitscottie turn left on to the B939 signposted for St. Andrews. Continue for about 1.5 miles and turn left into the shared private tarmac drive to Blebo House. Continue up the drive for about 200 m and then turn left at the signpost for Blebo Stables. The parking area to Blebo Stables is on the right handside of the shared private road.
