Turret House is situated in an elevated position at Balruddery on the edge of the Carse of Gowrie and is very well placed for all the facilities and services of the resurgent city of Dundee just a short drive to the east. Already home to Scott’s RSS Discovery, the city will soon be the location for the iconic new V & A museum. In addition to the city centre itself both the west end area of the city and the suburb of
Broughty Ferry offer their own upmarket shopping districts with an excellent range of specialist shops amenities and a wide choice of restaurants, cinemas, theatre and coffee shops. From Turret House there is also easy access to a number of retail

If coming from Dundee on the A90 dual carriageway (heading towards Perth), take the second turning for Longforgan and proceed under the dual carriageway and take the turning for Carmichaels and Flocklones. At the T junction at Carmichaels Farm turn right, signposted Flocklones. After 0.7 miles turn left signposted Cat’s Hotel. After 0.1 miles turn right again signposted Cat’s Hotel. Keeping left proceed
up the hill, passing The Cat’s Hotel. At the top turn right and at the end of the garden wall turn right onto the tarmac road leading down to the automatic gates.
Alternatively, if coming from Perth and the south on the A90, take the turning for Longforgan, then take the turning for Carmichaels and Flocklones and continue as above.
