Ancient, historic and cosmopolitan, the towns thriving shopping district is just a short walk from the property and includes South Street, Market Street and North Street which between them cater for virtually every need. St. Andrews is a flourishing university town which offers residents a superb mix of amenities and facilities and is also renowned worldwide as the Home of Golf. The resurgent city of Dundee is some thirteen miles to the north with Edinburgh just over an hour to the south. Fifes pretty East Neuk is easily accessible from St. Andrews with its quaint picturesque fishing villages such as Anstruther, Pittenweem and Crail as well as its charming and varied coastline. Fifes bustling county market town of Cupar is about ten miles to the west.
