Fife Council granted planning permission for the development in 2008 (ref 08/00869/EFULL) and once finished The Dairy Court will comprise eight semi-detached houses extending to about 99 sqm each. The development presents an opportunity for prospective purchasers to acquire a house “off-plan” or completed, depending on the timing of the purchase. Two of the houses were completed in 2008 and the next phase of the build is in the process of starting to allow the development to complete.

Developed and constructed by established local developer, Gradual Peak, the houses will be of a lovely white coloured wet dash rendered exterior with reconstituted sandstone quoins at corners under tiled roofs set around an attractive shared courtyard to the front, with generous private gardens to the rear. Internally the houses will offer comfortable accommodation over two levels and approached by side entrances opening into a central dining hall with a kitchen off and archway opening through to a bright and spacious lounge with glazed double doors opening to a lovely garden. Also situated off the dining hall will be a bedroom and family bathroom. The first floor accommodation will comprise two bedrooms, which will both have built in wardrobes and will be served by a shower room and walk in store. The houses will have shared courtyards to the front with private gardens to the rear.

The houses will benefit from gas central heating, double glazing and with floor tiles in the “wet areas”. The bathroom and shower room will benefit from white suites and chrome taps. The kitchens will be by Howden with various finishing possible depending on the timing. A specification sheet can be made available to potential purchasers by request to the selling agents.
