The Dairy Court Development is situated in a lovely edge of village situation in Springfield in Central Fife and close to the bustling county market town of Cupar which offers an excellent range of local services, facilities and amenities. There is also good access to St. Andrews, the ancient and historic university town renowned world wide as the home of golf. A short drive to the north the resurgent city of Dundee, already the location for Scott’s RSS Discovery and shortly to be the venue for the iconic V & A museum, provides a comprehensive offering of city services and shops. Perth lies about a half hour drive to the north-west with Edinburgh about one hour to the south.

Fife Council granted planning permission for the development in 2008 (ref 08/00869/EFULL) and once finished The Dairy Court will comprise eight semi-detached houses extending to about 99 sqm each. The development presents an opportunity for prospective purchasers to acquire a house “off-plan” or completed, depending on the timing of the purchase. Two of the houses were completed in 2008 and the next phase of the build is in the process of starting to allow the development to complete.
