Standing in beautiful countryside to the north of the hamlet of Largoward, Annfield lies in a delightful yet highly accessible rural location a short distance to the south-west of St. Andrews. There are lovely open southerly aspects to the Firth of Forth and Largoward has a primary school as well as a pub/restaurant. Good local services are available in Lower Largo with a wider offering on hand a short distance to the north in Fifes bustling and thriving country market town of Cupar. State schooling is available locally with independent schooling being provided at St. Leonards in St. Andrews and the High School of Dundee. There are railway stations in Cupar, Leuchars and Kirkcaldy with Edinburgh airport about a forty-five minute drive to the south. The regional airport at Dundee offers a good selection of short haul flights.

Once past Lathones take the next turning on the right-hand side on to the Kings Highway minor road and follow this along for a short distance where Annfield is then on the left-hand side. From Cupar follow the B940 south-east passing through Peat Inn and on to Largoward. Just as you enter Largoward take the first road on the left which is the Kings Highway and follow this along until you find Annfield on the right hand side.
