The original kitchen was replaced around five years ago, featuring stunning blue high gloss units with granite worktops, and a Rangemaster Toledo, which has a five ring gas hob. The Master Bedroom opens to an en-suite shower room with electric underfloor heating.

The solar panels on the roof are RHI registered and provide a quarterly income, which will continue for a further fourteen years, offsetting the cost of electricity. The unit charge increases annually in relation to inflation.
