DESCRIPTION
Bunkershill offers a stunning traditional Galloway cottage within an area of regional scenic beauty, enjoying far reaching coastal views. The property has been fully renovated throughout and extended over the past 12 years providing a deceptively spacious two bedroom cottage. The property was most recently extended to the side providing a cloakroom/utility space with W.C and side entrance from the garden. This opens to a striking open plan Kitchen/Dining/ Living space with feature beam. The modern fitted Kitchen compliments the space perfectly and features a Belfast Sink, LPG gas hob, solid wooden worktop and tiled splashback. Predominantly the internal space is enhanced by a solid wood flooring, with the exception of the cloakroom and bathroom which are both tiled. A hallway connects the open plan space to the two bedrooms and modern fitted spacious bathroom – all providing additional storage cupboards. The property as a whole benefits from double glazing and oil fired under floor heating throughout, with an open fire to the living room. Externally Bunkershill offers generous space with a large parking and turning area accessed via gates from the approach, combined with mature planting and an area of lawn. A truly charming property that lends itself effectively to either permanent living or for use as a holiday home.
