DESCRIPTION
Borrowmoss Farm is a smallholding which would make an ideal equestrian property with stables, an arena and grazing already established. The property also offers alternative income streams and business potential from the three well-equipped holiday cottages located on the farm. The traditional steading sits to the north of the farmhouse and to the rear of the holiday cottages, providing ample storage space as well as diverse buildings currently used as an office space, gym and kennels. There is the potential to convert the former byers into further accommodation, subject to the necessary planning permissions, which could provide an additional source of income once complete. Borrowmoss Farm provides the opportunity for a lifestyle change by offering a self-contained holiday cottage and equestrian business, with an attractive farmhouse in a beautiful location.

ACCOMODATION
The collection of properties at Borrowmoss Farm are positioned to provide the owner maximum privacy in the farmhouse, whilst being able to oversee the successful holiday cottages. The three semi-detached cottages are converted from a traditional steading and are offered fully equipped and furnished known as Teal Cottage, Greylag Cottage and Wigeon Cottage. There is a communal laundry room and store and spacious parking and gardens to the front. The cottages are booked for holiday lets a large proportion of the year, so viewing may not be possible in the first instance. Further details can be seen at the website: www.borrowmoss.com
