Barrhill Farm was formerly a dairy farm and has been carefully designed to form a cluster of 7 modern conversions and the original farmhouse. Barrhill Farmhouse is a fine traditional house built of stone under a pitched slate tiled roof and forms a superb rural family home. It has spacious flexible accommodation making the most of its south westerly aspect with pleasing countryside views.

From the gravelled driveway with ample parking, the front door with attractive porch opens to a welcoming hallway. The bright sitting room with original cornice, ceiling rose and an open coal fire has oak flooring. There is a living room with an open fire set in a wooden surround and slate hearth. The dining room has oak flooring and overlooks the front gardens. The kitchen with tiled flooring is a large room with extensive wall and floor mounted units, electric oven, hob and extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From the kitchen is a large utility room with ample storage and plumbing for washing machine and tumble dryer. Off the hall is a downstairs bedroom with shower room next door with Buckingham wash hand basin, w.c., shower cubicle and heated towel rail. There is a very attractive wooden staircase from the hall giving access to three double bedrooms which share the family bathroom which is fitted with a Sotini suite which comprises wash hand basin w.c., and bath with an electric shower over.

The house is fully double glazed and benefits from oil fired central heating. There is ample cupboard space throughout.

Adjoining the house with external access is a large store room which could be used for a number of purposes including a home office or workshop.

There are beautiful countryside views from the front garden which is mainly laid to lawn with a patio from which to take advantage of al fresco entertaining whilst enjoying the view. The drive has parking for several cars.
