Mid Lambroughton Farm is an excellent traditional attached farmhouse with outbuildings and land in a peaceful situation with splendid views across open countryside. The farm is situated close to the popular towns of Stewarton (2 miles) and Kilmaurs (3.5 miles) in East Ayrshire and easily accessible from Glasgow, some 25 miles.
The local town of Stewarton provides a wide range of services and facilities including primary and secondary schools, supermarket shopping, a new sports centre and a library, along with thriving cafes, bars and restaurants. Rowallan Activity Centre with fabulous equestrian facilities is nearby and Titwood Equestrian has a full cross country course (about ½ mile), and there is great hacking in some of the quiet country lanes around Mid Lambroughton Farm. Yachting facilities can be found at the marinas in Troon (25 minutes), Ardrossan and Largs, and some of Ayrshires most beautiful beaches can be reached within 20 minutes.
