The Fintray House Beat on the River Don comprises over half a mile of left bank fishing. The beat enjoys good water levels throughout the year with four good salmon pools.

The Beat has not been fished for a number of years but provides excellent potential being of both a manageable length and with good sea trout sport to compliment salmon and sea trout. Neighbouring beats have enjoyed successful sport in recent years indicating the exciting potential of the Fintray House Beat.

The Beat is within 25 minutes of central Aberdeen with rights to use the car parking area and short footpath leading to the river. The footpath is delineated alongside the car park on the sale plan.

The season runs from 11th February to 31st October.

LOCATION
The Fintray House Beat is situated approximately four miles from Dyce, seven miles from Inverurie and 11 miles from Aberdeen.

POSSESSION AND ENTRY
Vacant possession and entry will be given on completion or such mutual time to be agreed by the seller and the purchaser.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 10% of the purchase price shall be paid within seven days of the completion of Missives. The deposit will be non-refundable in the event of the purchaser(s) failing to pay the purchase price or failing to complete for reasons not attributable to the seller of the seller’s agents.
