by trees, providing privacy. It is a stone built rendered house with a slate roof, and still retains
much of its period features and character.
The accommodation expands over 3 floors to over 351 sqm and is as follows:
Entrance vestibule and hall, formal lounge with open fire, formal dining room, family sitting room
with open fire, family dining kitchen with Aga, conservatory, utility room and shower room.

room overlooking the kitchen, and family bathroom.

The expansive garden grounds are edged by trees which, together with dry stone dykes, afford
privacy and shelter. The garden mainly comprises grass lawns with manicured hedging. The
gravel chip drive way leads you through the grounds and round to the front of the house with
plenty parking. Full planning permission is in place for a detached garage.
