Commercial property consultants CKD Galbraith has let the units to Casella & Polegato, who took occupation at the end of 2014.
Casella & Polegato have taken the units on a ten year lease with an annual rent of 11,000. There is a tenant break option and rent review at year five.
There was strong demand for the recently refurbished units from a variety of potential occupiers including from car wash businesses; car maintenance and trade counter operations.
The Whitefriars Industrial Estate provides industrial units extending to approximately 1,000 sqft and is strategically located between two arterial roads which provide access to the city centre, M90 and A9.
