The Land at Craigbeck Farm by Moffat extends to about 178.68 acres in total and is available as a whole or in two lots. Craigbeck enjoys a spectacular location in the hills of the Southern Uplands. The nearby town of Moffat, which is synonymous with its unique brand of toffee, provides a wide range of shops, leisure activities and agricultural services.

The village of Wellbank is approximately half-a-mile away and the land benefits from good access to the City of Dundee. The land is scheduled as being principally Grade 3(1) with a small area of Grade 3(2), and has been cropped for a number of years.
