The lodges provide an outstanding second home option with the rarely available combination of luxury, fully furnished accommodation and a renowned destination in the beautiful Scottish Highlands. This is the first lodge accommodation of this quality on the banks of Loch Ness.
Owners can enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the setting with exclusive access to the superb facilities at Sanctuary Loch Ness. An added benefit is the full factoring service provided, enabling holiday lets at the property when not in use by the owner.
Each lodge has two bedrooms and all are fully furnished, with superb contemporary interior styling. There is an open plan dining-kitchen and lounge, ideal for modern family living. The kitchen is fully fitted with integral appliances including fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, while the lounge has bi-fold doors opening on to the expansive decking.
The two bedrooms are both en-suite, with king size beds, walk-in wardrobes and double sliding doors opening onto the decked balcony, with hot tub. The bathrooms are also luxurious, with freestanding bath and shower cubicle in bathroom one and a double rainfall shower in bathroom two.
The Hamptons offers direct access to the shore and a jetty for launching a small boat.
The countryside around Loch Ness remains unspoilt and tranquil, providing a haven for native wildlife. There are an excellent range of leisure opportunities locally, with numerous way-marked walks and cycle trails, and water sports on the loch.
The nearby village of Invermoriston has a shop, cafe and hotel, while Inverness Airport is about an hour away by car.
Hamptons Loch Ness lodges are available through Galbraith, with prices ranging from Offers Over £240,000 to Offers Over £260,000. The purchase price includes the lodge and the right to a 100-year licence agreement for the site.
