Kingennie Fields, built in the heart of the Scottish countryside on the outskirts of Broughty Ferry, has previously picked up gongs at the Scottish Home Awards and the What House? awards.
Now, the last plots from twelve that were allocated are being marketed, with prices starting from 205,000.
Detailed planning consent for 376 sq/m to 475 sq/m, four to five-bedroom houses is already in place for the plots and the sites also have the added advantage of already being fully serviced.
The nine plots sold so far all attracted significant interest and with many of those plots now boasting completed luxury New England style homes, CKD Galbraith are expecting the last three to be sought after as well.
Recent interest in Kingennie Fields has also been boosted by The Angus, a new 60 million golf resort being developed by Wyndam Hotels that will be located close to Kingennie and will offer excellent leisure and business facilities for golfers and non-golfers alike. A world-class five star golf and leisure destination, The Angus is scheduled to open in autumn 2015 and will boast a luxurious hotel with spa set in an elevated position overlooking a signature 18-hole championship golf course, designed directly with 2011 Open Champion Darren Clarke.
Harry Stott, who is handling the sale of plots on behalf of CKD Galbraith, said: "Kingennie Fields is a delightful development and one that presents a wonderful opportunity to own a stunning new home built to a grand design.
"When we first started marketing the properties we envisaged that interest would come from far and wide. However, we have been pleasantly surprised to find that much of the demand has been from parties living in the area who are aware of the exceptional living and leisure opportunities, including outdoor pursuits, which are available within easy reach of Kingennie Fields.
"We expect that the final three plots at Kingennie Fields will attract similar demand and we are looking forward to assisting prospective buyers with the purchase that will help towards achieving their dream home."
Kingennie Fields is conveniently located only 10 minutes from the city of Dundee yet in an enviable rural setting taking advantage of the spectacular countryside.
