Progressing on to phase two of the merger Galbraith is strengthening its position by extending its Residential Estate Agency service in Northern England by appointing experienced Residential Estate Agent Sam Gibson to launch and head up the new offering.

Following our merger with Land Factor in April, we have immediately enhanced the breadth of offering available to clients across a wider geographic area. These new appointments reflect our growing organisation and the exciting opportunities which continue to develop, both for our clients and employees as we increase our coverage.

Sam, who will join Galbraith as a Senior Associate and Head of Residential Agency, was born and raised in Northumberland and has over 20 years of estate agency experience.  Heather Hardy who also joins the team as Residential Estate Agent has worked with Sam in residential sales previously and will be based in the Hexham office.

We are delighted that we have attracted such a high calibre team to launch and develop our residential agency services in the North of England.  Sam and Heather will cover the region from our Hexham and Penrith offices and link with our teams based in Edinburgh, Galashiels and Kelso and we really look forward to their arrival shortly. All of our agency activities will be strongly supported by Hexham-based Tom Jenks who will source both property sales and property search across the breadth of the Borders and Northern England. We have created a formidable team to provide an excellent service.
