Bunzl plc, one of the UK's leading distributors of non-food consumables, has taken occupation of a 2,354 sq m (25,340 sq ft) fully refurbished warehouse unit at Seafield Trade Park, Seafield Road, Edinburgh. The unit, which was the former Reg Vardy Motor Zone premises, has been taken on a new 10 year lease at an annual rental of 6.25 per sq ft. Bunzl has relocated from Bonnington Road Lane to make way for a housing development.

There are only two highly prominent trade units of approximately 6,400 sq ft remaining, each with frontage directly onto Seafield Road, and we look forward to attracting tenants for these soon."
