Interested parties are becoming more decisive and are increasingly less cautious when investing in the type of rural lifestyle properties and townhouses found in Stirling and the surrounding areas. Therefore, the firm's decision to expand the Stirling office's residential sales team is extremely timely and I expect sale figures within the region to continue to gain momentum over the coming summer months.
Having previously worked in the Perth and Edinburgh offices, Jennifer brings with her unrivalled industry knowledge and experience in both the rural and townhouse markets.
She will handle the sales of town and country homes from West Lothian to the West Coast.
Jennifer will be supported by Eileen Lavery, who previously worked at CKD Galbraith's Inverness office, Gareth Walker, Linda Anderson and Lisa Drummond.
They will compliment the work of CKD Galbraith's Farm Sales team, including partners Simon Brown and Duncan Barrie, which will continue to look after all farm sales and acquisitions across Scotland and the north of England.
