CKD Galbraith Deal Ensures 23 Castle Street Remains Fully Let

4 September 2012

CKD Galbraith have successfully maintained the fully let status of a townhouse office at 23 Castle Street, Edinburgh.

Planning and Development Consultants, Muir Smith Evans have taken 728 sq ft on the first floor, together with one parking space, on a five year lease at £10,236 per annum, previously the home to web and marketing agency, The Web Foundary.

CKD Galbraith secured the deal with Muir Smith Evans back to back with the surrender of Web Foundry’s lease, who have relocated elsewhere in the city.

The letting, completed on behalf of landlord the Royal Edinburgh Repository and Self Aid Society, ensures that 23 Castle Street remains a fully let property.

Ian Forbes Associate at CKD Galbraith said, "We are delighted to have secured another high quality tenant. This letting demonstrates that there is still a demand for competitively priced, good quality secondary space.  We achieved a fully let townhouse on Castle Street earlier in the year and we’re delighted to have delivered for our client by maintaining this status.”
