Planning and Development Consultants, Muir Smith Evans have taken 728 sq ft on the first floor, together with one parking space, on a five year lease at 10,236 per annum, previously the home to web and marketing agency, The Web Foundary.
CKD Galbraith secured the deal with Muir Smith Evans back to back with the surrender of Web Foundry's lease, who have relocated elsewhere in the city.
The letting, completed on behalf of landlord the Royal Edinburgh Repository and Self Aid Society, ensures that 23 Castle Street remains a fully let property.
